Kısa Özet (Summary):

İlk filmin 4 yıl sonrasındaki olayları konu alacak olan devam halkası, eski ordu üssüne geri dönen Jack Reacher'ı konu alacak. Reacher binbaşının isteği üzerine eski üssüne geri gelir. Ancak Reacher geri döndüğünde eski binbaşının vatan hainliğiyle suçlandığını öğrenir. Reacher binbaşı Susan Turner'a kurulan komployu ortaya çıkarmak için cinayetin gerçek suçlularının suçluların peşine düşer.
